Selecting The Best Location For Your Sharkline Pool
Please consider the following suggestions when choosing a location for your new swimming pool. If you plan ahead, your pool will be a very attractive addition to your yard for many years to come.
• Locate your pool within your local zoning and boundary restrictions.
• Do not place your pool over any utilities. (water, gas, electric, sprinklers)
• Do not locate your pool over a septic system or leach field.
• Do not place your pool under any overhead electrical lines.
• Select a location where your pool will receive the best exposure to the sun.
• Shield your pool from frequent winds.
• Tree stumps must be pulled and removed. DO NOT GRIND TREE STUMPS.
• Locate your pool so that surface water drains away from pool.
• Locate your pool on a solid and firm surface.
• Avoid placing your pool under trees or near shrubs. (They drop leaves and debris into pool and make cleanup)
• Place filter system in an easily accessible location. (not under low decks)
How to Measure for a ROUND Pool   How to Measure for a OVAL Pool
1. Put a stake in the center of desired pool site.
2. Measure a rope 1/2 the diameter of desired
    pool size and tie rope to stake.
    For instance, to measure for a 24-foot pool,
    cut rope to 12 feet.
3. With rope extended, walk in a circle and
    pour flour on ground.
    (White flour on the ground is a great visual aid
    for determining desired pool size.)		 1. Put a stake in the center of desired pool site.
2. Measure a rope 1/2 the diameter of desired
    pool size width and tie rope to stake.
    For instance, to measure for a 24-foot pool
    width, cut rope to 12 feet.
3. With rope extended, pour flour on ground at
    width edges (include side support
    extensions).
4. Repeat above step for length measurements.
    White flour on the ground is a great visual aid
    for determining desired pool size.
